A brilliant thought was presented to us, a low cost budget hardiplank idea! The plan (for now) is to install hardiplank on the front and back of the remodel and paint the existing side siding to match. After refinancing and getting the current unconventional loan situation reconfigured we'll revisit the side siding and swap it out with the hardiplank product.
